a couple of tips:
I could develop your app, send you the source code and aditional stuff, but i use another app compiler/builder
i think there is not a good idea link to a google service like google maps, because this is not for free... try openstreetmaps.
Soirce code y could provide you is very simple and intuitive, and the develop enviroment is free...
