I don't clearly understand the purpose of "neoTableConfigDB"

Someone can explain me how to use it, I don't understand the help file...

@cdy44-2 have you seen the examples under "neoPhp Samples" folder?
It allows to dinamically load and edit content from a database into neoTable.
