Does anyone have NeoToolBox? Does it require registration?

I have it also. But when I use it, it tells me that it is unregistered. There is no place in the install plugins option to register it.

This plugin has no Registration Window. Go to the example. Open it and find App--->Actions--->Startup--

Here you will find:

SetVar "[cbNeoToolBoxSerial]" "Enter Serial Number Here".

Anyone have the serial for this? I tried the address in the "Get Full Version" button and there's nothing applicable.
