I have just published the public library app in the Microsoft Store using pwabuilder.
This time it has been really easy, much more than the first attempt with the VisualNEO Analog Clock sample app.

It is published here as a Windows 10 app:

I hope this encourages you to use PWAs.
By the way, next VisualNEO Web version will include additional options for compiling PWAs.
