64bit core functions to Visual NEO Win

Is there is a way to assign x64 core functions to a Visual NEO Win (or Neobook 5) program? If by "core functions" we mean specific actions that can open, copy and save files, the answer is "yes." Although your final compiled program is compressed in a 32bit exe file, certain Dialog, Alert, and List-box functions can be executed with command line parameters from 64bit "NirCmd" and 64bit "AutoIt3." Instead of using the native File, Open and Save actions, using 64bit embedded add-ons works better for 64bit processors and improves overall performance and speed. Offer users the choices of x86 or x64 "core function" versions of your final compiled Windows program.
