APK for Show Test Questions

I have an Access Database (.mdb) created with Neobook Pro that has a Table with the Fields: Question, Answer1, Answer2, Answer3, Answer4, CorrectAnswer.
In VisualNeoWIN I have no problems creating a Program so that I can randomly draw questions from this Table, but I would like to do the same in VisualNeoWEB to create an APK THAT DOES THE SAME to use it on my Mobile and/or Tablet by copying the Database to them, could you help me?
