When i open the app on a laptop which resolutions is 800 by 600 (800 width and 600 height), the app must automatically change to 600 height.
If i opened it on a PC that is 1680 x 1050, it must change the app height to 1050

Do you JUST want the App height to increase/decrease to that of the Screem height ?
Or are you also looking at having (the more difficult) changes to every object on the page ? ... if so, are you looking to ...
- increase/decrease their distances from the top of the screen ?
- or also their height and/or font size ?
