Counting vowels plugin

hello

I create two plugin for Counting vowels in visual neo web !

sghoshnbu.nabp is for @sghoshnbu . this result is : Hello [name] !!! Your name has [vowles] vowels.
for_all.nabp is for all users :) . this result is just count of vowels on text . (recommended)

Hi @Luishp,

As we seen @Yasin is an active plugin developer and have a lot of plugins rithg now, so i wonder if would it be possible for him to have and area where to post his plugins in an organized mode as HPW have or AS plugin's have.
