There was a bug in the uploaded version, now it's possible to delete rows.

He instalado el VisualNEO Web y he probado los ejemplos de la carpeta "neoPhpSamples" en modo localhost.

No, acabo de comprobarlo y funciona perfectamente.
Fíjate que en la carpeta de compilación esté la base de datos y el archivo config.php
Te adjunto los archivos del ejemplo aquí por si acaso hubieras eliminado alguno por error.
Recuerda al compilar no borrar el contenido de la carpeta de destino.
