Debugger detected on MacOs with Crossover

Hi,

I get this  interesting message about a debugger being detected when trying to run VisualNeo Win with Crossover.

It installs seemingly without a hitch but stops on execution with an interesting dialogue about a debugger being detected.

As I don't have a debugger up and running there is no one to be found. This is obviously then a false positive and an issue I would like to raise with Codeweavers-the nice people that makes Crossover- to hopfully get a fix for this.

Has anyone else seen or experienced this or similiar?

I am on an M1 Mac with MacOS 13.2.1 and Crossover 22.1 although I've seen the same issue with earlier versions of both.

@usernon that's probably the anti-hacking security shield to avoid software piracy. It includes Debugger detection and stops the software execution if anyone is found. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Hello,

Do you see this only in Test/Design-Mode?

Then it detects the internal VisualNeo Debugger which is launched on every Test-Run.

It is a seperate DLL which shows the Debug-Window.
