Maybe it would be a good idea to adapt the content of that web page, so that, through a javascript call or something like that, you can inject code with the url and name of the flash file, so that it can be embedded in some browser that can be used in VisualNeoWin.
Until now, I haven't found a way...
You probably have more experience in these things, and you can put together a service that is not a plugin, but would work as one.
