I posted this in the win version a while back and had plug in for it but how can I do this in web.

The picture is from a previous language I programmed in and its a TEXT BOX with scroll bars and the grid is part of the properties.  You can have gird or not and size it.   Each line is just tabs and spaces to line them up.  I dont want to use a full Data Grid as I dont need to sort etc.  But I need to be able to get the data from a line and Position( example I want to get the info from line 2 of say 20 and put them in variables).

Please see the pic and let me know.  I need to make this happen.
