I can see it is available in the application as a download but when I try it as an error or not available. Is it available now or how to get it?

See attached. when I try to download the AI Kit i get this message. It comes up no matter where I try to download it. If it is downloadable then I guess the problem is on my end.

@donbwalker please try exporting it to a different location with no special characters in folder names.
