How can I translate these lines into another language?

The PowerApp plugin is Open Source.
Go to menu option Tools > Plugin Generator, then open the plugin source code you will find under this path:
My Documents > VisualNeoWeb > Plugins > PowerApp > power-app.nabpsrc
Edit the appropiated text under Actions > Hint and recompile the plugin.
