Timer Message Plugin

A VisualNEO Win plugin that displays customizable popup messages with auto-close timers and live countdown displays. Built with PureBasic 6.21 (x86).
This is my first plugin released created with PureBasic!  It was created using Claude.ai, pretty much in about 1-hour with all changes.  However, many hours were spent trying to squash a bug that was never squashed.  The bug does not affect the use of the plugin or any program compiled with it see notes on GitHub.
