New Plugins Emo Idle Timer, Emo DPI Scaler & Emo Monitor Manager

Two new plugins available.
1. Emo Idle Timer
This plugin has one simple job: it tells you how long (in seconds) the user has been idle (no keyboard or mouse input across the entire system).
You can use it with a Timer object to easily create features like:
Automatic logout after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Pausing a video or game when the user is AFK (Away From Keyboard).
Resetting a kiosk application to its welcome screen.etc.
2. Emo DPI Scaler
Ever run an application on a 4K or HiDPI monitor and noticed everything looks tiny and unreadable? This plugin is designed to fix that.
It makes your application "DPI Aware." It automatically detects the user's screen scaling setting in Windows (e.g., 150% or 200%) and gives you simple actions to resize your windows, controls, and fonts to match.
The result is an application that looks perfectly sized on any modern display.
Added a NEW one:
3. Emo Monitor Manager
It finally gives your VisualNEoWin apps full control over multi-monitor systems.
Features:
Get monitor count and detailed info (resolution, position).
Find which monitor your app is currently on.
Instantly move, center, or maximize your app on any monitor.
This is a must-have for creating modern, professional applications.
