To translate strings into English, place the file asAudio.loc in the folder with the program VisualNeo (NeoBook). To translate strings into any other language, translate the strings of this file into another desired language.
To use the plugin in the program requires the use of special libraries. All necessary libraries are in the archive. Libraries should be located in the project folder. In the future, the library should always be in the folder with the finished program.https://visualneo.com/product/asaudio

Quote from as3856 on May 10, 2019, 11:43 amI looked at your question. The conversion is normal. If the length of the WAV file is zero, then MP 3 is also zero.
It should be borne in mind that the file always has some kind of weight (kb) because at the beginning of the file information about this file is recorded.
If you create an empty text file and write the WAV extension to it, then such a file is not correct and errors may occur.
I can suggest that you select any WAV file, then trim with the file trim command, setting the file length to zero, then try converting the resulting zero file to an MP 3 file and see the result. MP 3 file will be zero. With best regards!
