Printing Envelopes problem

I have been updating my apps from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

The area I am having trouble with is printing custom envelopes.

When I set a custom size, the message comes back as envelope too small for printer.

I tried Generic Printer with some success.

All the printer sizes I used under Windows 10 worked but don't seem to work.

As I write this, I am thinking that I may using an older version of Report Designer 18.9.5

Ideas for me.

Try to use the printmanagement.msc and see the Forms (Page Sizes) and create the size you need.

Not sure what you mean by "printmanagement.msc"

Is this in DBPro with the Report Designer?

I need to size A2, A9, A7 Envelopes.

DBPro Report Designer.

These images worked on Windows 10 but having difficulty on Windows 11.

Getting Error message (see images). I am using the same printer on both.
Reverts back to 8.5 x 11 inches.

Don't know why this is happening?

Hi CSSystems, check this option. Save and set Read Only the file

Read Only causes problems.

I have the checkmark "select when"

I'll keep trying.
