Problems with localhost

For other needs, I had to install IIS. Now, when I try to use neoPHP Server, if I type Localhost in my browser, it takes me to IIS, but not to the NeoPHP server, and I cannot open the right page. How can I fix this? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Here's a couple ideas that will work..

  • Change the Port of IIS: You can change the port that IIS listens on to something other than port 80. This way, when you type "localhost" in your browser, it won't automatically go to IIS. You can configure this in the IIS Manager by selecting the website and then changing the binding settings to use a different port.
  • Stop or Disable IIS: If you're not actively using IIS and it's causing conflicts with your other software, you can stop or disable the IIS service. You can do this through the Services application in Windows or via the command line terminal using the net stop command.

Mil gracias. Habia suspendido el servicio de iis, pero el problema seguia sucediendo. Finalmente use Edge y funciono perfectamente. Aparentemente Crome  habia creado una bookmark que lo dirigia automáticamente alla!
