Problems with localhost

Here's a couple ideas that will work..
- Change the Port of IIS: You can change the port that IIS listens on to something other than port 80. This way, when you type "localhost" in your browser, it won't automatically go to IIS. You can configure this in the IIS Manager by selecting the website and then changing the binding settings to use a different port.
- Stop or Disable IIS: If you're not actively using IIS and it's causing conflicts with your other software, you can stop or disable the IIS service. You can do this through the Services application in Windows or via the command line terminal using the
net stopcommand.
