What does Folder do? Are all files included in the folder? How do I not copy old files in the folder?
I believe File option is to include a single or special file. Is that the purpose? And what kind of file would this mean?

In-browser JavaScript has no access to client hardware information. But it can access anything within its own build folder, so libraries and files can be embedded in it.
