Push Notification to Mobile Device

I am creating an alert system for my members at The Morgan Report. It will be an instant alert system. I'd like to be able to send an alert to their phone when we post one. So they get notified in real-time. Is there a way to do this with VisualNeo Web App?

I implemented the notification system with Pushbots service and firebase inside VisualNEO web.

It is realtime, you can see it in the attachment.
