re entering serial #

Hey guys,

Just thought I'd let you know. Every 10 days or so I have to re enter my serial number for VisualNeo Win. Its no big deal I just copy and paste it from my original email you sent me and it works fine. But every 10 days or so it behaves as though my test period is over and I have to enter the serial number again. It's not a huge deal as everything works fine. Just thought I'd report this bug.

I had the same problem once when i used the "ClearVariables" action. It also ask me to re-enter the registration details again after I restarted VisualNeo. Didn't use the action script again after that, so please look if it is also a bug.

I'm very sorry for this.
Not sure why the security software fails nor how to fix it.
Even the software vendor doesn't know why it's happening.
We are considering using another registration method in the future.
Any advice welcome.

I have had the same problem, researching I have realized that it was when I use CCleaner or some other program that "cleans" the windows registry, I have had it installed for more than thirty days and it works perfectly, when using the cleaner it is when it returns to me to ask for the registry key, with which I think that the problem is there, I hope it serves as a reference.

On my part. I am not using any ccleaner. I also have to re-enter the user and serial once in a while for VisualNeoWeb and VisualNeoWin. Don't know why? I will try to monitor when this happen and if it's something I do. It happened to me today. Nothing special except there is a reboot pending for the monthly Windows updates.

Today again August 9, 2019. Started Neo Web And Neo Win. I didn't do nothing special. Only rebooted my workstation. Then I was asked again to enter user and serial. Why this wasn't happening before. Never had this issue when the software was from Neosoft. Now, this is starting to happen to often. This should be a priority to fix. I really love the 2 product but with this issue, we cannot refer the product to anyone for now.  :( Really hope this will be fix very soon.
