Registration Key Entry - Repeated Entry

Is anyone else having to re-enter their license key information on a regular basis? It seems like every week or so, I have to re-enter the information.

There doesn't seem to be any reason for this. My PC is working perfectly otherwise.

I'm very sorry about this, it's due to the protection software (don't know the exact reason).
I think it has been already fixed in last VisualNEO Web update.
Hopefully it will be fixed for VisualNEO Win as soon as we release a new update.

I just installed VisualNeo Win 21.9.9

The app starts in Trial Mode. No amount of entering my registration key will stop this behavior.

Any ideas how I can continue to use the program? I have already re-installed it because the trial period passed.

This is becoming a nuisance to my work.

I seem to continue having this issue.

There is no "Program Data" folder on my computer.

How else to fix this?

Please note that ProgramData is a hidden system folder in Windows.
To access it, you’ll need to type the path manually in the File Explorer address bar:
C:\ProgramData
Alternatively, you can enable the option to show hidden items:
1. Open any File Explorer window.
2. Click View → Show → Hidden items (in Windows 11)
or View → Options → View tab → select Show hidden files, folders, and drives (in Windows 10).
Once visible, you should be able to browse to C:\ProgramData normally.

I copied the key into the folder after revealing it in the explorer.

There was already a key in there dated from some time ago for VisualNeo Web. So now there are two keys.

My VisualNeo Web trial has expired and I can find no way to enter a key - even though I purchased the application some time ago.

How do I fix my VisualNeo Web? Do I need to reinstall the program and if I do that how do I fix this registration issue?

I started VisualNeo Win, but it still asks me for registration key and starts in trial mode.

Basically, I need both applications to recognize my registration keys. Both keys are in the C:\Program Data folder but this doesn't seem to do anything.

Have you tried to execute VisualNeo.exe as Administrator, after pasting the registration file. Some of the tools I use only make an effective registration when executing the tool As an Administrator (even if the user is an Administrator).

I tried running Visual Neo Win as an administrator - it starts in Trial Mode with 0 days left.

I'm really not sure what to do now other than delete everything and try again. The issue then becomes one of installing the correct versions as I think there are newer versions of the programs available. I'm not ready to pay for upgrades if I cannot get what I've already paid for working.

They are both the same, perhaps that's expected.

Neither Win or Web versions will run out of Trial Mode.

 

I deleted my Visual Neo Win installation, downloaded a fresh copy of VN Win and installed it.

It starts in Trial Mode with 0 days remaining - thus I can't do anything.

Can I get a new registration key? Check and see what version my Reg Key is for, if necessary I will upgrade to 29.9.x
