Saving and printing text

I have been struggling trying to do the following for a fundraising race night app.

There are 9 races per event.
In each race there are 8 horses (numbered 1 to 8)
On screen are 8 buttons (1 for each horse - Horse 1, Horse 2, Horse 3, Horse 4 etc,,,)
When i click on any of the buttons it adds £1 to that horses' count.
When ive done clicking on the ones that i want, there is a separate button (named PRINT TICKET) .
When Print Ticket is clicked,, it opens the pc print dialogue box to print the information off.
It needs to print:
HORSE 1 : x
HORSE2 : x
HORSE3 : x
etc etc
Then
Total : x

I I can do all of the above BUT i cant get it to print to a format that will print off!

Can anyone help....

Thank you, that works PERFECTLY :)

Now it can get a bit trickier!!

I want it to remember the information printed and save it (even when the reset button is pressed)

Reason:
If someone places bets and it prints off... then the CLEAR button is pressed....then another person comes along an places bets and it prints off etc..
We need to know the total bets for each horse.
for example:

Guest 1 bets on Horse 1, Horse 3, Horse 4 and Horse 6.
Guest 2 bets on Horse 1, Horse 2, Horse 3 and Horse 4
Guest 3 bets on Horse 2 and Horse 7.

We need a print out that states:
TOTAL SOLD for Horse 1 = £2
TOTAL SOLD for Horse 2 - £2
TOTAL SOLD for Horse 3 = £2
TOTAL SOLD for Horse 4 = £1
TOTAL SOLD for Horse 5 = £0
TOTAL SOLD for Horse 6 = £1
TOTAL SOLD for Horse 7 = £1
TOTAL SOLD for Horse 8 = £0

Is this possible?

The betting process works like this:
People tell the ticket seller the bets they want to place on each runner.
Once done, the ticket seller clicks PRINT TICKET and that prints off what they have bet on.
The ticket seller then has to click CLEAR to clear those off the screen, ready for the next person to place bets... and so on.

When everyone has placed their bets, the ticket seller clicks the TOTAL SOLD button and that needs to print off the total sold on each runner from all people.

example:
Runner 1 sold 24 tickets = £24.
Runner 1 sold 12 tickets = £12
Runner 3 sold 18 tickets = £18
...... and so on to runner 8.

TOTAL TICKETS SOLD for all runners : £xx

Have i missed some change/coding?

Thank you..... works perfect :)

tested with a novice user and they said " what if a person comes up to the betting desk and says they want to place 1 bet on runner 4, 2 bets on runner 7 and 1 bet on runner 8, then they decide they dont want the bet on runner 7 anymore. how do i reset the bets, even though ive pressed the runner 7 button twice and its saved ready for printing"

Who's demo you're talkin about? If you right click on a horse button it will distract 1 from that horse. Also see demo 3

using the right click option to delete a bet on a runner was not really an option as we are using a touchscreen monitor to click buttons.

The horse-demo-3 works brilliantly - thank you :)

Is there a way to centre align the text that is printed as the Horse Betting text at the top is centre aligned but the betting information is left aligned.
