Old plugins used existing rectangles etc. to apply their magic.  Nothing says what to apply the shape plugin to.  You would think it would be a rectangle or circle.  Nothing in notes says what the action is associated with.    I keep getting this error. New pub, nothing it but a rectangle.  I put the ..starset plugin action in the page code so it executes when started.  I get same error message.  I think I'm missing something basic.
