Is it possible we use the slider bar as vertically?

Just use the appropiate overflow-x and overflow-y values.

No, it's not possible right now.
However I will add a new plugin using this library (As soon as I have time enough...):

By the way, anyone can create plugins using the included Plugin Generator.
It's not hard and you can find sample source code with some of the included plugins.
