I don't know if this should be in the Tips and Tricks section and I hope it's not something that I just totally missed all these years, but...
Has anyone else noticed that if a text object contains more text than is visible within the box as seen on the publication page, it can be scrolled by the mouse wheel?
I mention this only because I discovered it quite by accident; by clicking on a text object box that I had resized to fit in a position where I could still see all of the properly sized text and keep the line around the box, the text moved ever so slightly.
I can't say that I've ever come across this in the documentation. I suppose it could be useful to some provided you make the user aware of the feature, because, there's no indication of the effect and no scrollbars.
