TextArea border

In some sample apps, when the TextArea is selected (focused or clicked on) its border changes to a glowing blue color. But I can't find the style settings for that anywhere in the editor's source code. Where is it?

Example action is:

SetFocusGlowColor "red"

But how is the "form id" defined?

Do I just add the action to Edit Code "key-down" of the form?

@fkapnist to understand how forms work, please check the included sample app you will find here:

\Documents\VisualNeoWeb\Sample Apps\FormSubmit

Regarding SetFocusGlowColor it works as a global command that will affect every form object (TextArea, TextInput, etc.)
You can use it at app start, page start or at any other moment.
