Taking some inspiration from EMO, I got ChatGPT and Claude AI to create a working plugin. This plugin will change the color or text of your VisualNeo Win publication's title bar. This plugin works on Windows 11, but might not on older versions... I would appreciate it if someone with on an older version like Windows 7 can give it a test. PureBasic code file is also included if you want to add or change anything in the plug.
