Please, don't upgrade your NeoBook5 system, because you will need get a new activation key.
Keep at secure place your activation key and your NeoBook5 instalator.

We are trying to be as transparent as possible so this is the explanation for this:
NeoBook security system was very outdated and there was a lot of pirated copies.
The new security system used in VisualNEO is completely different and not backward compatible.
On the other hand, plugins for VisualNEO Win will keep working with old registration keys.
Although not our customers, old NeoBook users are very welcome and we will provide them support and help as if they were.
