Using a Search Box to find a house Number that flashes a circle over it!..

Hello Everyone...

Stumped here with this one... I know it can be done but I can't do it...

What it is... My father lives on a Retirement Park in Cumbria UK... and there are over 450 homes on it... The Number of the homes are all over the place... so when deliveries come from Amazon etc.. they are struggling to find the right home...

So!... I was trying to make a simple app that when they type in the Home No. into a Search or Find box an animated coloured Balloon or Circle will appear over the home to show where it is... I have included a Sample Zip to give you an idea... Thank's for any help...

Hello Phil...

I have tried your Zip Demo... But it only shows a blank page... either by using my HostPapa Servers...

I should have said using VisneoWeb Not VisneoWin ...

If it is working then please explain what method you are using...

P.S. I have tried adding the 3 files to the Test folder by replacing those in it... VisNeoWeb... and the same in Web folder... But still no page working.. I have examined the index. file and it is very comprehensive with your addons and I am sure it works no problem... it is something I am not doing correctly...

Linda, You have just to click on the index file, it will open the file on your browser (you don't need a server).

I will send you the app source file tomorow (I just wanted to make sure it matched before).

Hello Phil... You must have read my mind...

I was going to ask you if there was a way to show on the park map "where you are now!"... and now you have certainly pulled all of thes tops out on this... it is incredible... what a game changer and you will see why when you check the map of the Retirement Park, how difficult it is to find where home numbers are...

I was placing little rectangles over the homes of the circles but it was getting or rather making me dizzy after 100 of them...

Today I will be checking the App over on how you made it... and hope I can make it work...
