Windows Master Control Panel.

I found that there is a Windows Master Control panel and how to create access to it. However, after I created the shortcut, I tried to access it with every variation of the run command I know. It launches just fine with a double click on the shortcut, but how does one launch it with Visual Neo ?

Yes, I have win11 (64-bit) and the demo works.
