TCP-PRO plugin Ver1.0
TCP-PRO Plugin v1.0 for VisualNeo Win
TCP-PRO is a complete networking engine for VisualNeo Win, delivered as a single zero-dependency 32-bit DLL plugin. It enables your publications to communicate over TCP/IP hosting multi-client servers that accept simultaneous connections, connecting to remote machines as a client, transferring files of any type up to 50MB, and exchanging messages in real time with automatic queuing. Whether you’re building a chat application, a remote monitoring dashboard, a file sharing tool, or a networked robotics control system communicating between Windows PCs and Jetson Nano devices, TCP-PRO handles the low-level socket programming so you can focus on your application logic. The plugin requires no external DLLs, runtimes, or internet connectivity to function everything is self-contained in the single TCPPro.nbp file.
The plugin provides 49 actions organized into 12 categories: TCP server with multi-client support including broadcast, targeted send, kick, and client listing; TCP client with message passing, file transfer, and remote screenshot capture; remote control allowing execution of applications, VisualNeo Win subroutine calls, and variable get/set on connected machines; WiFi management with network scanning, signal monitoring, and adapter enable/disable control; UDP unicast, broadcast, and listener for lightweight real-time messaging; HTTP GET and POST requests with full HTTPS support via WinHTTP; comprehensive network diagnostics including ping, traceroute, port scanning, DNS resolve, reverse lookup, ARP table queries, and Wake-on-LAN; continuous ping monitoring with live statistics; internet speed testing via Cloudflare CDN; LAN device discovery and announcement using UDP broadcast; both local adapter and public WAN IP detection; and AES-256-CBC encryption with random key generation for securing message payloads. All background networking runs on dedicated threads with a purpose-built message buffering architecture that safely delivers data to VisualNeo Win’s variable system through the TCPFlush action.
