I've been opening windows explorer via the run command since the very beginning of my Neo use, and it always has worked.   Today I put the following command into a button, and .....   it doesn't work.

Run "explorer.exe" "" "RunOnce" "" ""

Couldn't get much more basic.   So I asked Talker to test this and he also runs into this.  It works fine in other places, like the startup code for example.

Is this a bug of some kind?     Does that code run from a button for you?     Or is this perhaps a windows 10/11 issue?
