Access the web application from the Internet with (neophpserver) or (wampserver) with static IP

Hello friends
I have a technical question!
Is it possible to run our web-based application properly using the WampServer we access from the Internet? That its code executes well and communicates with its database.
Or can I set up neoPHP Server to access it from the Internet? with static IP

@javadrajabihakami sorry I don't understand your question very well.
If you can connect to your local server from the Internet then neoPhp will work.
Note that it's not recommended to use a local development server to be accesible from the Internet as many security issues may arise. It's quite better to use a hosting service and you can get one even for free:

I mean, can we access localhost created by neophp server from the internet? That means to provide a static IP for my computer and ask the Internet to run my web application ...! Thankful

@javadrajabihakami yes, you can but it's not recommended.
neoPhp Server is based in php built-in server and it lacks a lot of security functionalities and can't deal with much traffic.
Just open port 80 in your router and start the web server. That's all.
Refer to your router manual on how to open port 80.
