Hi team,

I could not access my account so I created a new one recently. But I cannot see my history. I have bought Visualneo Web in the past. Do you think you can restore my history? The email should be d_zervas@mail.com

Hi @dzervas I can't find your account nor any message sent to the account you mention.
Are you Dennis Zervas? There is an account under @digitalmeetings.eu email account.

Yes, I am Dennis Zervas and I had forgotten that my account was on digitalmeetings.eu...sorry.

I need to move away from the digitalmeetings account and use the d_zervas@mail.com email form now on, but I would like to keep the Acct history which includes my previous order.

Please let me know how we can do this and what you need from me.

Have you deleted your previous account? I can't find it anymore.
The purchase information is still there but I can't assign it to another user.

Hi Luis,

I don't remember deleting my account but maybe I did that, not sure. There was a time when I wanted to change the email and I'm not sure what I did.

Anyway, let's forget about it.

I will use this new account from now on. I will put in an order for VisualNeo Win, for the new year :-)
