Align - margin - class row

They are designed for "position:absolute" as it was the only possible positioning in the early versions of VisualNEO Web (NeoAppBuilder).
I haven't run into any real situations where I need to use the CSS margin property while working with VisualNEO Web, but it is possible to include them in CSS classes. Anyway I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve but CSS margins are automatically calculated when you use rows and cols.
