I wrote a short article describing a simple way to issue a basic Let's Encrypt SSL certificate manually, on your local Windows computer, using Certbot.
This method allows you to get the SSL certificate files into a folder on your local computer, and then you can install the certificate on your hosting.
This is the method I use now. And it will be useful for those whose hosting does not support automatic certificate issuance.
