Have you checked any saved images? No matter what I select it always returns what's on top of the list.

Yes, I checked. Choose the resolution of the snapshot before you click Connect, then SaveToFile. When you want to change the resolution of the snapshot, press Disconnect, then select the new snapshot resolution and press Connect, then SaveToFile.

I even downloaded the plugin again thinking I might have an older version. Same result. I don't even know if there is any other version.
I've watched the variables in debug mode, it returns the correct [ListBox1] and [Numb] and even the [INFA] variable changes to what I selected in the ListBox.

Really strange. Have you tried different cameras? Maybe it's the camera? If necessary, you can resize the image with another plugin. For example, the asPicture 3.0 plugin (Andrei Solodyankin) allows you to resize the image and even apply filters to the image.
