The plugin NeoKB (SinLios) will help.
In the project properties you can assign hotkeys for the required subroutine.
kbAddHotKey "F2" "Maximized"
And on the "Subroutines" tab write:
: Maximized
SetVar "[WindowState]" "Maximized"
