Open source code. Click on the scrollbar's container, carefully right click the track bar & read my code to see how I'm dynamically changing the liquid level(progress - blue) in the bottle(progress bar - black)
If you turn my progress bar into horizontal bar, you can programmatically change its value. You can then stack up few bars together can create a bar graph.
