Hello, I want to ask on the VisualNeo Web whether it is possible to specify or add page breakpoints so that it becomes a responsive page ?

@rudy yes of course. You can add whatever CSS you need. Just go to Project > Properties > Styles.
Note that VisualNEO Web includes already two different approaches to responsive apps and websites.
