Does anyone have a collection of buttons other than the ones that come with NB that they would be willing to share?

There are a lot of them on the Internet. You can also make your own buttons. Just put three images next to any graphic editor and save the file. The first image = the usual state of the button, the second = the mouse is on the button, the third = on the button click.
For example, you need a button 32x32. Create an empty image of 32x96 (96 = 32 + 3 buttons). 32 - height, 96 - width. Now put three pictures on this image, placing every 32 pixel. Save the image.
