Compiling as a Windows Desktop Application

I created a very simple app, it shows only some native text, nothing else. When I compile as a Web Application everything works fine. But when I compile as a Windows Desktop Application, compiling finishes without any issues, but the exe doesn’t start. I see when I double click the app, my cursor circling but nothing.
I also tried with several samples who come with VisualNeo Web, same issue.

Anyway keep in mind that compiling as a default Windows Desktop Application will use an embedded old Internet Explorer. Last VisualNEO Web version includes the possibility to compile for neoEdge (a customized embedded Microsoft Edge Browser). Please refer to the neoEdge forum section for more information.Best regards.

It's difficult to know what's happening exatly without more information. Please share a sample app so I can test it.
