I have been playing with the radius settings but I am unable to get a container to make a pyramid shape. Is this even possible?

I am attempting a flame effect with neoBackgrounds.  It doesn't seem to like CSS though.

I played with the radius settings some more and got my desired effect.  Not a rectangle, but a flame effect.
