Crear ACCESO DIRECTO / Create Shortcut

Necesito crear un acceso directo en el escritorio de una app.
El problema es que no se porque razon en el usuario de la seccion no aparece la carpeta del Dektop y no encuentro como hacer que me muestre el acceso directo igual no se si esta trabajando bien.Alguien me pude ayudar y orientarme como hacer un acceso directo que aparezca en el escritorio
yo use pero no creo que este funcionando.
Utilice el escritorio publico pensando que lo mostraria pero no hay forma no lo muestra....
