hello, I want to ask for a tutorial on how to make a plugin and on this visualneo web there is no sidemenu / menubar component that is ready to use?

Hi @rudy and welcome to the forums!
To make a plugin you should know JavaScript. Note that a few plugins come with their source code. You can load the .napsrc file into the Plugin Generator software and inspect how it's done ("Date & Time" is probably the best one to learn from).
