Playing around with the Fabric Canvas Plugin. Also looked at the demo.
My question; is it possible to do object alignment. I looked thought the help file but didnt see anything about this.

Quote from luishp on January 3, 2024, 3:20 pmHi @ebear, currently there are only commands to center objects on canvas: vertically, horizontally or both.
Aditionally, when the app user drags any object, sticky guidelines will help aligning the objects.
Please take a look at the attached image.Regards.

Hello Luis,
I don't see these sticky guidelines in your demo. I looked in the manual also.
Is there a property to be enabled to see the sticky guidelines???The sticky guidelines are great. But would there be in a next update a possibility to add also the object alignment functionality as Fabric JS offers?
Thanks a lot for your support.
Best regards,
Eric

I don't see these sticky guidelines in your demo. I looked in the manual also.
The online demo was done with a previous FabricJS plugin version but in the lastest version they are enabled by default.
If you are using the demo from the included source code demo apps you should see them.
You don't need to do anything. You can also double click images to crop them :)But would there be in a next update a possibility to add also the object alignment functionality as Fabric JS offers?
I will try, but can't promise anything.
Thank you!

Hello Luis,
Thanks for your quick reaction. As I already told previously, I didn't had really time to start with the Web version and used the Win version only for my development. I started to look around to functionalities which I strictly need to convert from Win to Web.
Is clear I already had the idea after your message that the demo maybe was done with an older version. As I don't sit at my development notebook, I didn't have the possibility to test inside the NeoWeb version.
Best regards,
Eric
