Thank you for your answer. After installing Windows KB4577586, which uninstalls the flash player, I was not able to reinstall it, even from alternative sources and you cant uninstall KB4577586. Some suggested to reinstall Windows as the only possibility to get it back. Other sources claim that Adobe implemented a "kill-switch" so even if you never uninstall it seems it will just stop working after that date. Guess I will switch to HTML5 instead which seems to work fine in VisualNEO Win.
Anyways, we will see after 12.01.2020.
