Flash Player ending

So I tried and uninstalled Adobe Flash from my system. After that my testproject said "Requires Flash Player" and I couldnt use it anymore. Does this mean Flash is dead in VisualNEO aswell? I was hoping, giving me the option to "embed" the Flash Player would keep it alive for my projects. Is there anything planned to keep the Flash Player alive for our projects?

Although Adobe will never update Flash player any more there are plenty of alternative sources to download and install latest version.Regards.

Some suggested to reinstall Windows as the only possibility to get it back. Other sources claim that Adobe implemented a "kill-switch" so even if you never uninstall it seems it will just stop working after that date.
