VisualNEOWeb offers the use of <iframe> elements in your App ... however, my knowledge of forecast sites is zero ... so I would not be able to assist in any way ... unless you can point to some such sites ... then, perhaps I can get a better handle on what is possible.

Accessing and displaying information received from websites is possible ... it all depends on how willing the website is in facilitating such access ... in order to answer questions about specific sites, you would have to provide the url of such sites.
